The Vanishing Stone is a particularly useful item that grants you access to one of the more dangerous Side Quests in the game. Battle Prep: Equip one or more characters with a Talisman, and use other Accessories to boost magic defenses. When the Virage gets to around 2 lives left, start putting your guard up, regardless of how you were playing this before. Afterwards, I recommend going back to the Queen Fury, resting, and buying a couple Light-Based Attack Items from the item shop. After the battle, Dart gets an opportunity to exact revenge on Lloyd, but doesn't. There is no "Recommended Party" for this battle for a couple reasons. To win this battle, you must destroy all five enemies at the same time. These towers are home to the ancient dragoon spirits, part of a side quest that is currently inaccessible.
